Having owned millions of dollars of commercial real estate for over twenty years, I believe in quality real estate. The annual tax returns are furnished on time and very professionally prepared by their accountants. We have personally met with Michael Brandt, the attorney for all the TenCal, LLC investments. He is highly competent and is involved in every facet of the operation.

Investing with TenCal, LLC is allowing us to continue in real estate investments but stay out of the day to day problems which can often accompany such investments. It has proven to be an excellent asset management tool for us.

My father,  Richard E  Hunt, began dealing with Richard H. Botts,  Sr. in 1974.  Mr. Botts was my father's real estate finance source on many of the properties my father developed in Tennessee, Kentucky  and Florida. They have been business associates and friends for more than 33 years, a relationship which continues to exist even in my fathers ill health.

My father has been investing with TenCal,  LLC since its beginning in 2003. For several years he invested in virtually every property which TenCal, LLC made available to him. In all this time, he never had to wait for the monthly check from each of his TenCal, LLC investments. They were always there as was the various Federal and State tax returns, on time, every time. I am helping my father in his various business dealings now and I know first hand why my father had complete trust in Mr. Schwartz and Mr. Botts.

As a result of our knowledge of the TenCal, LLC investment philosophy, as well as the demonstrated attention to detail, my sister and brother have joined with me in investing with TenCal, LLC. for our own accounts.
