The facility is preleased on a multi-year Triple Net basis to a National Company. The project developer is TenCal Shreve Park, LLC, an affiliate of TenCal, LLC. TenCal, LLC is seeking New Build to Suit/Leaseback opportunities and existing Purchase/Leaseback Transactions of industrial, office, retail and medical properties.
