TENCAL provides its investors above average motivating returns consistent with safety of principal. TENCAL's performance since its inception in 2003 has been exceptional. Our investors have consistently received preferred returns in the 8 % to 10 % range. Our focus on acquiring properties leased to financially viable tenants on NN and NNN leases provides the cash flow necessary to pay investors motivating preferred returns.
