Steve Christian CPA, a shareholder and President of C&D, graduated with honors from the University of Alabama in 1981 and was employed in the tax department of Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) from 1981 through 1984, during which time he was involved with numerous publicly-traded companies and real estate transactions. Since becoming a Partner in C&D in 1984, he has maintained a diverse client base while consulting for a growing number of real estate development and management clients doing business in virtually every segment of the real estate industry primarily in the Southeastern United States. He has also been an instructor for a course offered by the AICPA on real estate taxation and is a member of the AICPA and the Alabama Society of CPAs.
Mr. Christian represents TENCAL, LLC in all its accounting and tax matters, including preparation of state and federal tax returns and remitting appropriate tax returns and K-1's to the individual investors.
